Anyone who works in the field of facade construction knows that assembly and installation times can extend over an entire year. Winter weather conditions are therefore unavoidable. Sub-zero temperatures make installation and reliable sealing difficult. Safe processing of conventional sealing materials cannot be guaranteed when temperatures are too low. This leads to downtime on the construction site. But with TEROSON Bautechnik’s all-weather technology, this problem is a thing of the past: All-weather sealants can be applied without any problems even at temperatures below zero.

Withstanding the cold with
all-weather technology

The extensive range of all-weather sealants includes 14 products that can be used reliably at -5 °C – tested and confirmed by ift Rosenheim. This innovative technology extends the temperature window for facade work enormously. Work at temperatures as low as -10°C is possible – without any loss of quality in the upper temperature range.

From sealing foils to foams and sealants: The large product portfolio with all-weather technology makes a wide range of applications in façade construction possible. For example, the all-weather sealants have already proven their worth on the Zugspitze, where they were used to seal a cable car at an altitude of almost 3,000 metres.
