The WT 112 DB is a high-performance sound insulation solution that can be sprayed and filled and is used for soundproofing thin sheet metal constructions, for example in plant and equipment construction, trapezoidal sheet metal ceilings, in ventilation ducts or on the back of steel or aluminium façade elements.

Here, it not only has a strong noise-reducing effect, but also provides thermal insulation. And it now also fulfils the highest fire protection requirements in accordance with EN standard 13501 (A2-s1, d0).

In other words: in its brand new form, it is ‘non-combustible’. This fulfils the highest requirements for sound insulation and fire protection – throughout Europe. And it is highly cost-effective – because the material only needs to be applied twice as thick as the substrate. This not only saves money, but also drying time and weight. Clever, isn’t it?
